Life can be overwhelming, the past painful and mind unrelenting. As your therapist I will walk by your side. We will ground therapy inside of authentic interpersonal connection. I listen with awareness, 

sensitively respond from the heart and together we establish the roots of your emotional pain and break free of the grip of limiting patterns.

Transforming the latest neuroscience into straightforward therapeutic practices - fostering inner stability, strength and acceptance is possible. I listen with embodiment; a level of awareness that "see's" you in a more meaningful way that tells us about your needs and enables a reconnection to your life and well-being. I hold a strongly grounded container for curious exploration and growth. Bring  sense of humour and your tissues!

Renewal aligned to meaning and purpose. It maybe beneficial to connect to the subconscious mind through clinical hypnotherapy.
